Draft Options Report

Documented Draft Options Report: Connley Walker delivered a documented draft options report. This report included a future options analysis for security provisions and delivery models. It also provided a high-level comparable assessment, justifying the minimum viable cost-effective approach with budget estimates for prioritised actions.
Review and Finalisation: The draft report was submitted to the department for comment two weeks prior to the contract term’s end. A one-week period was allocated for the department to provide feedback before the final report was documented.
